Two Bad Mice, Kenji, Santoro, Oi Oi Savaloy, Love Loss Discoballs, Fedrigoni among latest to book PG Live

Few remaining stands – join pre-show info meeting on Thursday, 27 February

The exhibitor list for PG Live 2025 has become even tastier, with a dozen companies having joined the already strong line-up in the last few weeks.

Now at over 95% capacity, there are just five stands available on the mezzanine for the show at London’s Business Design Centre on Tuesday and Wednesday, 3-4 June.

Nudging 200 publishers, artists, illustrators and suppliers are champing at the bit to get their products and services on display at the UK’s only dedicated trade show for the greetings industry,

PG Live chase pic 2Much-loved brand Two Bad Mice – which hasn’t exhibited at any trade show for years and years – is bringing its charming art designs to PG Live, with Santoro, which is celebrating its 40th anniversary, Kenji, Fedrigoni, Alex Sharp Photography, Love Loss Discoballs, Eat The Moon, Quite Good Cards, Twaat, Holly Greenwood Design, and Oi Oi Savaloy among other recent sign-ups.

Even though there’s still three months to go, there are just a few stands available. Meanwhile, a special PG Live in-person pre-show meeting for exhibitors, which is also open to those thinking about taking part, is happening on Thursday, 27 February, at the BDC from 9.30am to noon.

The whole PG Live team will be on hand for the morning meeting, including show manager Tracey Arnaud who said: “We’ll explain what to expect, giving all the details and information about how to get the most out of exhibiting, build logistics, some advice about how to dress your stand, make the most of the marketing opportunities – and it’s a great way to get to know people beforehand.

“We’re over 95% sold out with almost 200 exhibitors now as there’s been a recent rush to be part of the show, but we do have just a few stands left – if you’ve not made up your mind yet, come along to find out more!”

As the meeting takes place on the morning of the GCA’s Dragons Speed Dating event, it’s a good reason for any publishers taking part in both to rock up early for their trip to the capital and join the PG Live meeting first – you can just turn up with as many colleagues as you like, or book in by emailing jimb@max-publishing.co.uk so the badges can be organised.

Along with a mock-up-stand and Springboard table, so you can visualise what your stand will look like, added extras will be GCA CEO Amanda Fergusson on hand to chat about the industry association, and PG’s social media maestro Nicola Webster to share her tips.
