Exec leaves L’Oréal to take over at greeting card giant’s UK, Ireland and Australia group
Hallmark has appointed Tom Rolt as its new group managing director for the UK, Ireland and Australia, taking over from Amanda Del Prete.
Tom has spent the past 15 years in the beauty sector, latterly as general manager of commercial operations UK and Ireland for L’Oréal’s consumer products division.
With Amanda having left Hallmark at Christmas to return to Australia for family reasons, Tom is stepping into the top role at the Bradford-based business in July.
In another change, Hallmark’s commercial director Matt Critchlow is leaving the company at the end of May to join fashion accessories group Claire’s as European vice-president for its concessions business.
“It’s a great career step for me and my family, but I will also always be grateful for the past nearly 10 years at Hallmark and wish them well in the future,” Matt told PG Buzz.
