Organised by the Giftware Association, there are two stages with the initial entries being judged online to arrive at a shortlist, and those products will then be displayed at Spring Fair – which runs over 2-5 February, at Birmingham’s NEC – for the live judging session.

And the GOTY winners will be revealed at the annual Gift Awards, along with the Greats gift retailers awards, which will take place on Thursday, 15 May, 2025, at London’s Royal Lancaster Hotel.

“We’ve already seen some fantastic entries for this year’s awards, but we know there are more incredible products out there waiting to be discovered,” explained The GA’s PR and marketing manager Chris Workman.

He said extending the deadline to 9 December gives brands extra time to finalise their entries and be part of something special.

“Gift Of The Year isn’t just about the awards themselves, it’s about connecting brands with the buyers and retailers who matter most,” he continued. “For companies sitting on the fence, now is the time to take the leap and enter. Each year we want to flood our judges with amazing products and create those all-important connections.”

He with over 120 industry judges poised to review the best in home and giftware. “Beyond the judges, thousands of buyers and retailers will have their eyes on the awards, making it the ultimate platform to showcase incredible products and ranges.”
