There was a double dose of glee at the is the aptly-named horticulturally show, GLEE for related charities, Greenfingers and Perennial, who each received a cheque for over £20,000 from GBCC as a result of sales of the publisher’s Floreo photographic range that was launched in May 2016.

The publisher donates 20p from the sale of each Floreo card to the charities (10p each). The success of the range has seen these pennies amass to £thousands!

Greenfingers is a national charity dedicated to supporting children who spend time in hospices around the UK while Perennial is the UK’s only charity dedicated to helping people who work in horticulture who have fallen on hard times.

And further growth is on the cards for these two charities, as GBCC has refreshed the range with another eight designs, plus for Christmas 2017 are five Floreo acetate boxes with 60p from the sale of each box being divided between Greenfingers and Perennial.

“We’re expecting the Christmas alone to raise a further £10,000 in total,” said a delighted Chris Houfe, sales director of GBCC.
