Artist Ge Feng, who co owns Forever Cards with his wife Suzanne has applied for a patent to protect the innovative format of its new Magic Box range. Ge Feng’s philosophy on design is a fusion of the East and the West, a reflection on his life, half of which he has spent in China and the other half in England.

While having designed cards for the last 20 years, he is especially proud of his latest invention, the Magic Box range, which he says is a true combination of two elements he loves – “art and technology.”

The unique format for these laser cut cards he says “is an ingenious patented structure combining pictures on three levels to create an intricate 3D miniature world.”

Both Ge and Suzanne see protecting the concept through applying for a patent offering vital protection against the cards being copied.
