A taster of new releases at greetings trade show – and the delicious lunch menu
There’s a feast for the eyes – and tummies – at PG Live in just a week’s time, with so many wonderful new launches to be seen, so here’s a taster of what’s going on.
And, of course, the fabulous free lunch on both days, 4-5 June, at London’s Business Design Centre means the ever-important trade show question of keeping the tummy rumbles at bay is catered for while the hunger for new product is well taken care of.
The delicious menu of vegetable putanesca lasagne or roasted haddock, celeriac and potato gratin with sea lettuce butter, and roasted carrot and chickpea salad on Tuesday and Thai green chicken curry or spinach, celeriac and ricotta pie, with cucumber, edamame beans and green pepper salad on Wednesday was thoroughly taste-tested by the team from show organiser Max Publishing and the BDC’s catering staff, and the empty plates were testament to the deliciousness.
