Paper supplier Antalis (who supplies many greeting card publishers) has collaborated with Mount Street Printers, the Mayfair-based high end card and stationery retailer to create a stunning Christmas installation.
Entitled Deck the Halls, the magical creation, made of Antalis paper is anchored by a replica of the Mount Street shop is set against a backdrop of some of London’s best-known landmarks, including St Paul’s Cathedral, The Shard and the London Eye.
Designed and produced by Joyanne Horscroft of Makerie Studio, the design for the Antalis-Mount Street Printers collaboration not only is a celebration of paper, but is also a joyful nod to Mount Street Printers’ customers, many of whom have been buying the store’s premium Christmas cards since the shop first opened its doors 40 years ago.
Commenting, Alex Cain, director of Mount Street Printers said: “We’re delighted to have collaborated with Antalis on our new window installation. We worked closely to develop the creative concept, which is also an acknowledgement of our longstanding partnership – we use Antalis papers for our client’s projects every day and have done for many years. It’s a relationship we hope will continue long into the future.”
The Deck the Halls installation will remain on display in the window of Mount Street Printers, 4 Mount Street London, until the new year.
