The Henries Best Service finalists revealed

Record votes from indies nominating publishers on service front

Independent retailers have voted in their droves, keen to share which publishers have pulled out the stops on the service front for them over the last year, to arrive at the finalists for the hotly-contested Henries’ Best Service To The Independent Retailer Award 2023.

The nomination process involved asking 1,750 independent greeting card retailers to submit their votes in a confidential online survey for the top three card publishers they feel have provided them with the best service over the past 12 months.

“Independent retailers well know how crucial it is to provide a wonderful service to their customers but, to be able to do so, they in turn need to know they can rely on fabulous service from their card publisher suppliers,” commented Warren Lomax, director of Max Publishing, which owns and organises The Henries Awards.

“The engagement level from indies to this year’s survey hit new heights, testament to the importance retailers place on seeing that these publisher service heroes receive their just rewards.”
