Tom Allen Headlines As Host Of The Henries 2019

Tom Allen’s unique style of sharp, acerbic wit and camp, comedic storytelling has seen him become a household name in the UK – and in a lucky break for cardies, he is to host The Henries greeting card industry awards on October 3 at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London.

“This year’s Henries is a big one – as well as celebrating the incredible greeting card ranges that collectively earn the UK industry its world leading pre-eminence, we will also be celebrating the GCA’s 100th anniversary,” stated Warren Lomax, co-owner of Progressive Greetings, which owns and organises The Henries. “While we will be paying homage the industry’s heritage, The Henries is about celebrating the ‘now’ – and Tom tops the bill on that front. He was our first choice as host and could not believe it when there was a rare gap in his hectic diary on October 3, the night of The Henries.”
