Publisher makes deeper ‘Tracks’ to Wales

Tracks Publishing has hit a rich seam with its Welsh card collection, resulting in the publisher vastly expanding the range to include over 200 designs.

Tracks’ Welsh Collection debuted in 2016 with just 24 designs in the Welsh language. This week’s Spring Fair (the last day of which is today, February 8) saw the publisher launch a further 95 designs to the collection to take the total number of cards in the range to over 200.

The Welsh collection covers both relations and occasions

“The collection has evolved through requests from our Welsh clients and agents,” says Joshua Randall, marketing manager at Tracks. The collection has grown beyond 159mm square sized occasions and birthday with a gloss finish to now include cards sized at 122x170mm with a flitter finish, covering relations and occasions.

The range now also includes a selection of thank you packs and Christmas cards.

Another area of notable development for the company has been in the art card arena.  “We’ve selected works of art from a lot of recognisable artists such as Dufy and Renoir but have also chosen more contemporary works from a lot of up and coming artists such as Rebecca Campbell. We have been working closely with the Bridgeman Art Library to curate the best selection.”

The collection includes 24 designs that are printed on Premium Old Mill Stucco textured board. “These are being offered at the same price as the art card designs with a  gloss finish. What we want to achieve with this is to help our independent stores, giving them the ability to maximise their profits,” says Joshua.
