As Ben Fidoe, Tracks’ design manager told PG Buzz: “We are delighted with the new site, it is much more product driven than our previous one, enabling us to be there for retailers whenever and wherever. The website will work very much in tandem with our catalogues and actual samples”.

Although there is a facility on the new site for direct sales to consumers, the focus is very much as a trade site.

“The last thing we would ever want to do is compete with our customers,” assures Ben. “We are also ramping up on social media which will also support our retail customers.”

Praising Skylight Media, Ben said: “It has been invaluable to work with a team who understands the intricacies of our industry.”

Matt Riceman, sales director of Skylight Media explained that the new Tracks site uses the latest version of its system, “the benefits of which are how the site displays and functions on mobiles – a way of the world!”

The Tracks team has comprehensive control over the content, enabling them to make their own updates.

The new Tracks site also encourages retailers to search by card type.

“The improved product filtering enables items to be grouped and displayed quickly, which is also a great facility for retailers looking to replenish certain types of cards,” adds Matt.
