Creation Express has forged a market niche for itself, with 300 retailers now offering its in-store personalisation service across the country, allowing customers to personalise a wide range of cards or gifts.

The next step in the business model has been the launch of the website at www.creationexpress.co.uk, giving retailers the full benefit of online sales, as director Kurt Abbott explains: “The shopping cart enables customers to select ‘click and collect’ or have an order sent direct to them or recipient. Click and Collect means that you can order a card or gift to pick up from a local store later that same day. No other online personalisation service can offer this.”

It’s not just click and collect that the retailer benefits from, but fulfilment too, as a retailer gets 100% benefit of the orders placed in their territory, whether they are click or collect or standard deliveries.

“While Notonthehighstreet might have their network of crafties, Creation Express has its network of indies,” says Kurt. “We’re still working on the website too and will adding little touches, such as every independent can upload a profile of themselves with a couple of pictures and tell the consumer a bit about their shop, for example, closed Sundays and where the nearest free parking is.”
